Their story began on a lively NYC Friday night in January 2019. Annie and her roommate Sophie were at a rooftop bar called Public, as were Andy and his Wake Forest boys. It was in the most unexpected of places – the co-ed bathroom – where Andy’s quick wit caught Annie’s attention, sparking a conversation that would change their lives.

Little did Andy know, he had already crossed paths with Annie a week prior, catching a glimpse of her on the TV screen during her brief stint in reality TV – a fact they now laugh about fondly.

Their relationship blossomed in NYC, exploring new restaurants together, living a few blocks apart in the West Village, and practically moving in together during the pandemic. Annie was Andy’s biggest supporter during his MBA journey, and Andy acted as Annie’s trusted confidante and career advisor as she navigated roles in fashion and jewelry.

After graduating from Columbia, Andy proposed to Annie at her mom’s farm in Mequon, Wisconsin, with her loyal dog Maddie by her side. Their journey has been one of mutual discovery and embracing each other's passions. Andy now cheers for the Tide and enjoys the simple pleasure of a cold Spotted Cow beer, while Annie now loves the Knicks and the taste of a hot lobster roll overlooking the Long Island Sound.

They are incredibly excited for everyone to make the trip to Madison, Connecticut – the place where they cherish most of their summer weekends. After attending over 35 weddings together these past five years, they cannot wait to celebrate their own!
